1. Appointment Bookings & Timing

Appointments booked online are reserved specifically for you. We kindly request clients to arrive 5–10 minutes prior to their scheduled slot. If you are delayed by more than 15 minutes, we may reschedule your appointment to maintain seamless service for other clients.

2. Pricing & Variations

All prices listed on our website and rate cards are baseline starting prices in Indian Rupees (₹). Final pricing for hair chemical treatments (smoothening, botox, keratin, global color) may vary depending on hair length, density, product consumption, and individual consultation.

3. Cancellations & Rescheduling

If you need to cancel or reschedule, please inform our front desk at 9116977626 at least 2 hours in advance.

4. Client Health & Allergies

Please notify our cosmetologists or hair stylists of any existing skin sensitivities, chemical allergies, or scalp conditions prior to receiving services.
